Sustainability is integral to how Slättö creates and protects real estate value.

We identify sustainability-related value potential before acquisition, act on it during ownership, measure outcomes, and position assets for stronger exits. This is embedded across the investment cycle and supports long-term performance. 

In 2025, we made tangible progress. Taxonomy-aligned assets increased to 49% of the portfolio (34% in 2024), reflecting systematic work on energy efficiency and climate risk. Tenant satisfaction reached 76%, supporting more stable income.

At the same time, we strengthened the foundation for continued progress, with validated Science Based Targets for 2030.

Looking ahead, sustainability will continue to shape investment performance, driven by rising climate costs, tighter regulation, and higher energy prices. By continuing to invest in energy efficiency, climate resilience, and high-quality assets, we aim to strengthen both environmental and financial outcomes.
